There are many different types of students and e learning styles that can be challenging in and elearning enviroment. 

In order to encourage shy or slow readers   do not do large synchronous  discussions, rather one on one.

I will be putting all these techniques in place in a couple months! So excited to apply what I've learned.

Introductions and sgharing background information is important for understanding learning and teaching styles. 

Being prepared will give greater success for students. 

I will have to figure out my teaching style and what my students learning style is and make sure I can adapt to their needs!

I have not had any experience with online learning, looking forward to exploring it!
