Written policy to determine accommodations and accommodations should be consistent with diagnosed condition.

The performance may not match existing potential. Students with learning disabilities generally have average or above average intelligence.

Make notes about how the lecture, demonstration, or activity worked. Note taking will help you focus more on improving instruction rather than solving problems.

Developing a rapport with student reduces cheating. Student understands they are appreciated and not just a body filling a seat.

Being consistent/following up on assignments, including all students in discussions, and helping students own the responsibility for completing assignments.

"Late or Missed Assignments" section added to syllabus with explanation of late/missed assignment policy. 20% deduction of points for each day assignment is late.
