It is mandatory for any agent working in the admission process or recruiting process to follow the rules, regulations and guidelines accurately, otherwise, many problems might arise since the enrollment moment is the first contact between students and the institution. Agents must be aware they have a great responsibility avoiding future issues with the legal state of institution.

Knowing the rules and regulations is crucial, thus it's crucial to be morally upright and aware in order to give accurate information to our prospective students prior to their enrollment.

Always be up front, giving all information the prospective student needs to know to make a decision.  All cost is very important.  This is a financial decision.  Be very clear about your school and accepting transfer hours.

The information l learned makes me more knowledgable of the proccess and polices and rules to be able to effectively communicate more accurately to potential students.

I have learned the reiterated importance of keeping a Resource Notebook, a review of Institution Staff and who does what, similarities and differences between licensing and accreditation, transfer policies, the importance of training and meetings, and will apply it by further learning about my institution and putting together the Resource Notebook.

In this section I understood the importance of the preparation of each admissions representative, how we need to learn every aspect of the programs being offered. On the other hand, it explains the different ways of advertising and marketing strategies used for the institution and the guidelines the institution should follow. 

The information in this part taught me that there are different laws that are important  to know and to follow. The importance of all documents that are required for the admissions process, and take into account that we as admission coordinators must be aware of any questions the student may ask.

I learned the importance of complying with Florida regulations and institutional policies, keeping information accurate and up to date, and understanding the institution’s programs so I can guide students responsibly and provide them with reliable, informed support.
