I agree with maintaining proper documentation about issues with students, staff, and faculty. Stating the problem, the investigation and solution always help others in the future having the same problem.

This standard is difficult to obtain if the graduate job description does not clearly state that because of the program they got a promotion or this degree was needed to maintain or obtain a position.

Credentialing

Our school has a Master's in Nursing with two tracks: Leadership and Education which do not require examination. We will be developing a Master's track for Nurse Practitioner which requires examination

Working with the faculty and members of the community has helped the school understand why a student may not complete their studies
