This module showed the importance of applying the training to real world situations and how to combine semantic and episodic memory in a beneficial way.

Having experienced the midterm "slump" during my studies, having the REFOCUS tool will be useful to aid students and myself as the instructor to get through it quickly. 

Always remember to be encouraging and keep things fun.

It is important to take into account a student's age and culture to aid in teaching a course that helps the student achieve their goals.

Be aware of the various learning styles and incorporate them into your course.  This method will provide the greatest amount of students the opportunity to learn the material being taught.

Make the overview of the course material exciting and how the course can positively impact their future career. 

Prepare, prepare, prepare.  Try to maintain a cohesive course structure and a positive learning environment.

Although learning is a core element of human existence, teachers are a requisite.  Utilization of the three M's and the five C's help setup the instructor and the students for success.
