Regulations are ever changing and evolving. Thank  you for the updated facts.

Thank You for this. As we all know, regulations are ever changing. I have a much broader understanding of the many types of mis-conduct and what is / what isn't classified as a Title IX offense.

Compliance is a team effort.

I never considered offering both methods. I have just learned the the materials/documents we provide are with copyrights regulated documents.

The timeline for the audits is actually 6 months, where I thought it was less.

I have learned and took away that there are several document options to take in consideration during the SAP Appeal process.

The extra methods we take to assure we are in compliance in both Admissions and Financial Aid is our responsibility. This course is just a reminder of our Standards we need to follow.

Knowledge is Power. We are all one unit. If we can build a relationship with the student, and empower them to own the information, we can build trust. Trust builds better marketing for future refererrals and retention.

The repetitive visual of posters and pamphlets in offices and classrooms other than Financial Aid office lets the student know the institution is consistent with their standards. Let the Financial Aid process be educating for the student and less intimidating

I appreciate the information on the DNC, penalties and that it is lifted about 90 days of being placed on a DNC List. I also appreciate the facts regarding the recruitment guidelines as it makes it less scary that we are doing something wrong, and more apparent that we are doing things right.
