This course has helped me understand to take early action when dealing with students who are struggling. Early intervention prevents a lot of problems!

I intend to connect with my students early on and identify the ones who are struggling. Early intervention greatly helps with retention. 

I have learned that making the students feel important and truly caring about their success can help to decrease attrition!

I have learned that retaining students is everyone's job at Concorde. From the facutly to student admissions to the vice president. We all play an improtant roll!
