This is my first online class so I don't have anything to compare to. Most of the people in my class are very self-motivated. They are striving to get an education that will give them an opportunity at better jobs. Trying to get the students to really open up and share things is a challenge. First time teaching an on line class!

This is my first time teaching on line, but this is a basic coding class and I have been a Certified coder for the past 14 years. Not only am I going over things I have not thought about in a long time but I can also share coding experience and tips to my students. I have a great passion for coding and so enjoy sharing my experience with new and old coders. There are so many rules and regulations in coding if you don't use it daily you forget the information.
