I learned the difference between licensing and accreditation of a post-secondary institution. Also, I learned de importance in staying updated about the latest rules, regulations, and information of the institution through reading materials, meetings and trainings. 

I learned about how student services should be as important as the educational programs offered at the institution because they prepare students to be successful and provide assistance and help throughout their college years. 

I learned about the responsibilities as an employee of providing the student with accurate information about the institution rules, guidelines, programs, licensure, accreditation, financial assistance, and any other important information that the student needs to know beforehand. As well, the students must be fully informed about their rights and responsibilities as a student. 

I have learned various definitions that will be resourceful when providing services to students. I also learned about rules, regulations, important enrollment documents, standards that the institution must meet, and steps and processes of the admission of a student to a post-secondary institution.
