Great teachers know their students, I will work hard to ensuring the student feel heard, seen and most importantly educated 

I have learned ways to keep the students engaged but also meet them where they are and how to reel us back if we are off topic or moving too far ahead on material 

I have learned that you can have both an inviting and fun classroom while also holding them to a standard 

I understand that I can use many different methods when communicating and educating my students.

I enjoyed this chapter especially seeing how my communication skills are applied towards the students and comprehensive skills

As a newer educator it is important that all my lesson plans includes all 5 components, I have found so far in these lessons they do.

I like that my non verbal communication can be just as important as my verbal. 

My teaching style has been rooted in being a good facilitator. I work hard to ensure everyone feels seen and understands. Remembering that everyone learns different try multiple approaches
