Obtaining feedback from the students through course evaluations and also seeking the input from peers helps to identify areas for enhancement. I plan on regularly reviewing course materials, lesson plans as part of the evaluation process.

I have a clear understanding about formative assessments, which are ongoing and focused on providing feedback, as well as summative assessments, which serve as final evaluations. I also have a better understanding of the use of rubrics as a clear criteria for grading. As an instructor, I intend to use formative assessments to monitor my students' progress continuously and provide constructive feedback that guides improvement.

I learned about delivering content in a clear and consistent manner through multiple channels such as announcements, and giving the students feedbacks within a reasonable time frame. I also appreciate the idea of scaffolding in delivering content; building from simple to complex, and connecting each lesson to the previous one.

I have learned the importance of including diverse content such as visuals and short videos when developing modular online courses. Videos should be kept between 5 to 10 minutes to maintain students' attention and prevent boredom. I also appreciate the value of scaffolding, which helps build knowledge step by step to support student success.
