We often struggle with maintaining employer contacts but I had never considered intentionally trying to establish at least 2 points of contact with an employer. I might try that.

Under "Inspire & Motivate" I really like the idea of sharing student success stories and sharing those positive outcomes with employers. I think it keeps the focus on student success which is really my mission, and a great way to demonstrate how employers can contribute to that.

Working for a large community college that serves a lot of students and employers statewide, I think the question of what level of service is appropriate for our employment partners is important. We could benefit from thinking about the cost analysis of what we are providing them and what the outcomes are for our students.
