This module taught me that knowing who to contact to get the proper information for prospective students is important so we can get the correct information to relay to the students. Also keeping a checklist of what to put in our resource notebook is important so that we are sure we have all the information needed to do our job effectively.

Having a good understanding of your school and their programs is very important as an Admissions rep. Also getting familiar with student services and what they offer so the student has everything they need to be successful. Marketing is a good way to get the word out about your school as long as it follows the Fair Consumer Practice .

I learned from this module how important it is to understand and know the requirements of admissions for each program and how to disclose this to the student. I also learned that i have to stay stay organized as well and place the files in the intended area. During the  admissions process it is important to disclose all requirements to the prospective students  and complete all the paper work needed with signatures and dates. 

I learned how important it is for us to follow the rules that the school must live by to retain its licensure approval. I also learned all of the terms needed to be able to do my job effectively. We must also complete this training every year as changes do happen.
