Compliance is a daily behavior, it is woven in daily habits, decisions and communication of every department

Regardless of why noncompliance happens, regulators hold the institution responsible.

Misrepresentation even UNINTENTIONAL can become substantial when it misleads students or affects their decision to enroll, remain enrolled, or take on debt.

If you say it you must prove it!!!

Disclosures and representations are essential because they shape how the school communicates its value, programs, costs and outcomes.

Regulatory oversight ensures that schools operate ethically, deliver quality education, and meet all legal and accreditation requirments.

I liked the analogy with the flight attendant to show the importance of a culture of compliance.

This was a very in depth training on Title IX. I do understand a bit more in detail the reporting aspect and the why behind Title IX to ensure the safety of everyone at the institution. I also learned more about the Clery Act why it was inacted. Very good training.

This training always seems to come right on time and I seem to always learn something from the training. Though I have been in the industry for sometime it is helpful to have this reference and refresher. Now that I am working in the student services department it shed some light on the EVF that did not make since to me before. All in all this is an excellent refresher and reminder on why and how to do what we do with the utmost integrity.
