What I learned in this topic was that overseeing a group of students requires being self-less and prioritizing their needs to ensure their success. When we become educators and our end goal it to help them complete their life goal, we must create an environment that matches each students need. To be successful, we must understand the individual student and group and create a balanced place where all can get their needs met.
