I learned that reinforcement is a very necessary part of the teaching/learning motivation process.

I learned how to engage talkers and non-talkers better.

I learned that it is proven that daily reminders of reinforcement and recognition will have a 40% higher level of student achievement.

I have learned that as an instructor I need to prep more than my lesson plan, syllabi etc. I need to learn more about my students.  Their past, fear and external support is a huge factor in helping them stay motivated on their career path.  I have also learned that the encouraging words I give are making a difference and will continue to provide my students with encouraging words after skill tasks.
