I like the  SNIP model which stands for specific, neutral, immediate, and practical for feedback. I think it reflects a strong communication and  conversation that definitly lead to  positive growth

Goal-setting  is an essential tool for self-motivation and self-drivenness – both at personal and professional levels. It gives meaning to our actions and the purpose of achieving something higher. By setting goals, we get a roadmap of where we are heading to and what is the right way that would lead us there. It is a plan that holds us in perspective – the more effectively we make the plan, the better are our chances of achieving what we aim

I consistently work at reframing the goal from avoidance to approach, I make an implementation intention to act on a specific day at a specific time.
I focus on the positive and the progress I make with each action. I don't give in to feel good, I rest and take a break but I always go back focus on my goals.

I believe the Approach-oriented goals involve reaching or maintaining desired outcomes. Avoidance goals focus on avoiding or eliminating undesired outcomes. Although both types of goals are common in our lives and both are functional, one goal-type is associated with more happiness than the other.
