This module talks about the importance of becoming familiar with the documents that are presented to students as well as the admission rules and regulations, and for this you have to be prepared and organized by having a checklist when interviewing the student.

A very interesting course in which I am gaining a detailed understanding of the admissions staff training process. It is unclear whether this course needs to be renewed every year or simply further education to continue as an admissions agent.
