You have to flexible by staying prepared.  Someone may have a point of view not quite related but worth the time to consider the subject.

Try to appeal to the students sense of accompishment.  Give them a new assignment.

sTUDENTS CAN BE DIFFICULT NOT REALIZING THEIR  STRENGTHS.

These are great tools for teaching.

Power point an be a powerful tool if used in the manner described.

The course is a great tool, it helps you with yourself and in turn helps the student.
