Assessments are an important part of teaching

Know your students and what motivates them.

Use a variety of learning methods.

The students are what is important and they need to feel like they belong so that they will want to learn.

You need to know your student's as an individual and know their needs as that individual. You cannot categorize them.

There are some good methods for teaching medical terminology. I hope to try them next school year.

Crosswords and word searches are good for learning medical terminology. Our school does not want us to use them though.
