 I learned that effective management makes the classroom much more enjoyable for the educator. Students are more attentive and willing to cooperate. I also learned how important it is to allow students to maintain their dignity and not to put them in "I win you lose" situations.

In this module, I learned the 4 teaching styles in depth, what the ideal teaching style is and how to achieve it. I intend to continue to apply the characteristics of 'The Guide' to achieve effective classroom facilitation.
