Activity

We must take care or ourself and to reduce or eliminate as much stress as possible from our lives.  As stated, even if it is only 10 -15 minutes a day to do some type of exercise.

 

There are many sources of stress, you must put things in priority order and focus, but know that you are not on an island by yourself.

I learn to assign your space and then arrange items in a way that will help you locate whatever you are looking for easier.

 

I learned that everything does not have to be done today.  Make a to do list and prioritize the list based on importance.  Trying to do too much at one time can lead to errors and mistakes.  Do what is best for you not for what it appears to others.
