I learned how important it is to be fully prepared before each admissions interview. Having a student file with a checklist of required documents and questions helps ensure compliance and prevents missing important steps.

I have learned that definitions are needed to ensure that my institution can comply with the State of Florida CIE requirements and that resources are very important to keep up to date so that accurate information is given when an admissions representative is speaking to a potential student.
