I have learned there are many ways to engage online learners. Many of the techniques are going to be different for every class and every type of online learners. I would need to learn each students pacific learning style and then I would then know what type of method to employ to assist those students.

How handling online learning conflict, how to handle disciplinary actions online. How to address online issues. Help student who are having difficulty with technical issues. How to have students understand the policies and procedures and, how to address those concerns.

Using emojis i think will help to give the students a sewnse of the mood of the class. also providing as much feedback as possible to engage the student. 

I learned you need to build trust with your students as well as let the students know you have the credentials and the knowledge to instruct the student on said topic. I will build my profile highlighting my credentials and my experience. While letting my students know that I am there for them.

There are several types of delivery methods. One would need to understand the student dynamic. To make sure to distribute the information in the best manner for the student population.
