Many adult students have so many things going on in their life. Having a sense of security in the class, and having a good instructor can release negative emotions,defensiveness, and anxiousness.

I really enjoyed the course the more I begin to read the more I realize that class management is a must. I've had several situations that I have encountered in my class, and I can say being clam is much needed to handle any situation. Class management has to start from the beginning of the class until the end. The different Instructors styles were so obvious, I did notice that I was a guide, but I can use fine tuning to become even better.

By involving students in class activities students tend to learn better. ( group learning)

These games once introduced to the students really adds flavor to classroom, and the students are learning without even realizing they are learning.

having such a diverse student population, when engaging activities are introduced studdents seem to learn better.

By learning Med Term helps students to function better in the medical feild

Preparing lessons plans is so beneficial to any instructor, and being very knowledgeable of the subject that is being presented gives the instructor a greater learning outcome.

Many of my students have had some level of training in the college setting, which can turn out to be a positive or a negative. Due to years of applying knowledge a certain way, it hinders them from being able to apply new technology. As an instructor this is where my challenges come from, assessments really help to break down many of these barriers.

Objectives are very important , I always make a point to my students to know your objectives for each class because when you complete that class you should have a understanding of the objectives .

Depending on the field and the course that is being taught , lesson plans can be very challenging for a new instructor.
