Building relationships with the students and their references can give the students a sense of accomplishment. When the students feel prideful of their accomplishments, they are less likely to be a skip later on after graduation.

I believe that if we continue to discuss the financial aid layout and repayment obligations with students not only in the beginning process with admissions but throughout their enrollment in school, the students will have more knowledge of their loan debt. The students will have a better understanding of taking out loans and the responsibilities that are alongside with repaying the loans they used.
