KSAOs are very important in tersm of guiding. Also it is very important to look at the faculty recruitment very carefully so that it is done properly. 

 

KSAOs are important and need to be studied most closely! Without them it would hard to nail down some of the stracutural components whether its training and interviewing. 

Making sure that if you create a inclusive, diverse group of indivudals that can be open to share ideas. There you have a good committe or board. 

 

Forming a board is very important! Making sure carefully choosing the board members is a very important factor. 

 

I learned what it takes to really be effectively be able to not only engage the board members, but also other members as well. 

Understanding the Board is very important because if you don't know how the board works and what it does in general.  

 

This section I learned a lot, planning and implementation or two things that are very important when looking at adding new programs. They are crucial if you want your university to succeed! 

Data is really important! We have to analyze and look at it very carefully! 

You have to very inclusive in how you obstain infromation! There were a lot of members that were mentioned, so I would have to carefully consider everything before diong or implementing something. 

 

For universities that adding new programs, they must bring colloboration from the community and every department that is needed to have a much better program for the university. Communication and collobaration are the heart of a good program.
