Comment on Greg Sipla's post:  I agree!  I actually took some screen shots to generate more ideas for in-class exercises.

In the examples and faculty resource guide, I am finding many ideas on how to add assignments that foster global learning.  In the existing learning outcomes, I already have wording on diverse perspectives, so I can quickly implement some of these ideas without having to wait for curriculum committee approval to change LOs. 

I also use an introductory exercise to assess what prior knowledge student's bring to class, but will further evaluate the tools provided to expand this.  I found the example exercises under the various domains specific to my career area very helpful and will use some of these in class and share with my colleagues.
