before a student can take a quiz, they must have completed there online training courses. there are always several students that show up on the day of the quiz without completing them. because the student is not eligible to take the quiz, I have them stand at the back of the room with me while I have the rest of the class take the quiz. hopefully, giving them time to think about what they are missing out on, and that there classmates are moving forward with the class without them.

3 weeks is a very short time to conect with most students

i have been doing this for 6 years now, and the one major thing i have learnd is that no matter what the students learning style is, 3 weeks is not enough time to help them baised on there learning style. i wish i had more time.
