Ive learned that you need to listen to all student needs because each student is going to be unique 

get the class engaged let them know about yourself while you learn about them at the same time 

it is very important to make sure things are planned well and that the students know everything that is expected of them by having a well detailed syslabis

find your style so you can be the best instructor as possible
