This course has taught me how to prioritize my time in my classroom and find ways to communicate with my students. There is so little time to accomplish our lesson plan and get to meetings . But for this year, I will use what I learned so that my students are able to communicate with each other effectively

As a teacher who has the opportunity to work alongside my colleagues every day, I have found this course very refreshing and ground-breaking.  (Teamwork)  As one of my team members, my job is to ensure that I am capable of communicating clearly, understanding that I am here for my team whenever they call on me. Not only to be there, but also to respect each other.

As I read through this module I have learned how to navigate my fundamental abilities to make sure that I am using my skills like communication, and problem-solving when I am called upon. Also, critical thinking, and great teamwork in different areas of jobs.

I have learned from this module how to provide frame work that can help fix and strengthen clients' goals. This module has taught me how to ask questions that will target the most important questions when dealing with clients. Also, encouraging self-reflection will help clients impart what they have learned even from their previous experiences in their other jobs and help to fix the problem so that the client can move toward their goals .
