In this module, I learned the difference between synchronous and asynchronous learning.

I intend to apply the aspects of developing guidelines for my current online course. 

In this module, I learned how to picked and evaulate technology tools for online teaching. 

I intend to apply the evaluation methods discussed to evaluate the technology required for the course I am teaching now. 

In thsi module, I learned how to author a course, how to deliver instruction, how to create an assessment plan, and how to revise a course. 

I intended to use the revise strategies I learned to help revise my course. 

In this module, I learned how to give meaningful feedback on assignments. 

I intend to apply what I learned about meaningful feedback by being sure my feedback I give students does not justify the grade but instead increases student learning. 

In this module, I learned about what a dynamic syllabus is and how to create one. 

I intend to start creating dynamic syllabus now on when I create a syllabus for my course. 

In this module, I learned the beginning stages of developing a course module. 

I will use this information for the next time i am required to create an online module. 

In this module, I learned different techniques to manage my elearning environment. 

I intend to apply what i learned by using the different behavior management techniques which were presented and apply them to my current online course. 

In this module, I have learned the difference between asynchronous and syncrhonous discussions. I have learned how to implement asynchronous discussions in an onlne learning platform. 

I intended to establish some form of an asynchronous discussion in my online course. 

From this module, I learned effective ways to building an e-learning community for students to learn. 

I will apply what I learned by having the students create a small biography about themselves during the first week of a course. 

From this module, I have learned what it means to be a successful online instructor and the characteristics of quality online courses.

I intend to apply what I have learned so far by implenting it in the currently online courses I am running due the school closures.
