It is beneficial to incorporate students in the creation of grading rubrics. This can be used as a motivational and engagment tool. 

I learned that there are several internet resources to use when creating rubrics. 

It is imperative to create rubrics that are focused on student learning and course objectives. 

I have found rubrics to be highly benefical in giving the students a roadmap to follow for assignments. I will continue to utilze rubrics to ensure course objectives are being met.
