This course helps an instructor to determine the difference between different sets of skills that we use everyday at the workplace. Soft skills are important to teach to students as well as knowing the actual job they will be doing. It is necessary for the students to be aware of using common sense and be deadline oriented which will help them be more successful at their workplace.

Due to the fact that students have many learning styles it is important to incorporate many uses of these in the classroom. Each student should feel as though they are getting the information in a way that they can understand easily.
