Keeping the older versions (course history) in an archive can help if and when you need to use the information again.  You are able to create banks of information that can be reusable and can be distribute quickly.

Communication through feedback is extremely important for the student and teacher and must be on going. But one need to know their boundaries when communciating to students. This will help to build a strong and healthy online class.

The ADDIE systematic framework: Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate sounds like a good plan to start the instruction process which would help with workload mangagement.

Having a mentor is a great idea for both teacher and students.  This will help with the workload management by having someone to guide and support you as you work through the problems or certain technical situations.

Reviewing and the revision process are an important part of building a rubric and getting it right.

Good to know that there are other resources to use and to have as a sample. I feel I will need lots of help to get the perfect rubric!

Rubrics can help students with self and peer evaulation and feedback which in the long run will make the student a better learner.

Rubrics help both the teacher and students with what the end product and can be used in most subjects, but there are times when the teacher needs to evaluate the process and make sure the students understand this process before starting the project.

Goal planning will have impact on how a student learns. To be successful as a teacher or student, one should use the seven principles for learning as guidelines.

The teacher must find out how much technical experience/skills their students have so when the students are asked to use a certain tool there will be success and then the students can focus on learning.
