Culture of compliance creates a great work environment and trust between employees and potential students interested in our programs. It discourages unethical behavior and ensures that policies and procedures are applied fairly across the board.

Very important to do the right things for the right reasons. We do not want students to loose trust in us as an organization. Very important to be compliant

State the facts as they are. Misrepresentation can cause students to make un-informed decisions about their career choices. Operating with high integrity and consistency is key. Understanding the school's catalog is very important so that correct info can be provided at all times.

I learned that verbiage used is very important. Exaggerating info about school placement rates, graduation, or licensing rates is not ethical and can be viewed as misrepresentation. State the facts as they are and never misrepresent info needed for student to make an informed decision.

Transparency is key when disclosing info about programming. Creating an environment where students can ask questions is very important so that they have a full understanding.

I learned that the triad helps ensure that there are quality outcomes. Also, being accreditted is not a requirement for all schools.

It protects staff and students, helps us maintain accreditation and funding, builds trust and reputation, promotes consistency and prevents legal or ethical issues
