Transistioning to a flipped classroom takes a lot of relection and discussions of feedback for all involved. Learning to utilize the process to its fullest capacity and refining the way the instructor can deepen the content students absorb and how to implement it best while engaging them to their fullest commitments

the format allows for higher completion and correct howmework rates. While students receiving a higher understanding. working at their own pace they can utilize support by asking instructor or peers to better understand content. Gives a deeper understanding of content and how to make the best judgements for solving problems.

The flipped classroom format allows more hands on time and engagement to dive deeper with each subject during the actual instruction time with the teacher. The students do all of there reading of chapters online which In my opinio allows for more time to teach refined techiques and how to apply their new skills more efficiently. I have taught for over 27 years and often felt just going over reading the book when they can do that on their own and therefore I can translate it in a practical way they can assimilate better. yay
