Keeping a notebook list of things to follow up on with students is a great tool listed and I have used that to help me stay on task.

I have learned that I must access each students learning style and also make sure to engage students in learning. 

I have learned that you must make your presence known by emailing each student by end of week 1 and also introduce yourself with bio on week 1 day 1.Plus encourage students to do the same in the online format.
