I learned that the enrollment agreement is a legal document that shouldn't be taken lightly.  We as admissions representatives should be aware during the interview process that the student qualifies with and meets all requirements.

The admission staff training is important because it ensures that everyone understands the admissions process, maintains consistency, and provides updated guidelines and regulations so that each one of the admissions representatives can be in compliance.
