I really enjoyed this portion. It gave me new insight to my students that have challenges in learning.

Having an uncle with special needs, this hits very close to home. I wonder if any of these concepts were considered with him when he was in the school in the 70's. I appreciate the new perspectives i have gained.

I appreciate the "we make mistakes too" mindset. I tell my students daily that we are human and don't know every answer.

I like the series of exam ideas. Our school system monitors the students chromebooks and we can see their attempts to cheat, to which we can talk about the implications of cheating leading to their professional careers.

I really appreciate the comments about uninterested and potential drop out risk students. This is helping me currently as I have a student that falls into this category. I love the bring in a guest speaker idea and am currently brainstorming on doing just that.

I can remember going through high school and being eager to receive my syllabus so that I felt more comfortable with what I was expected to do throughout the course. It made me feel as though my teachers were organized and cared about the material they were teacher.

The paper plane ice breaker is a great idea that I plan to use on my sophomores before class one day to help them understand a teamwork dynamic that could translate into a medical team in the field (since we are a health science class).
