I learned that it is possible to have "life experience" credit that you can use as transfer credits. Not all institutions offer this so it's important to research the institution well. 

I learned that not all schools offer the same kinds of student services including having a career services department or conducing exit interviews. I will apply this because it's important to know the types of services an institution offers their students--so I will be sure to research the school before applying to know what student services they provide before deciding to enroll. 

I learned that you are not required as an admissions representative to go into detail regarding financial aid. You are able to give a general review of payment and then you can refer the student to the Financial Aid department. 

I learned that all admissions representatives and/or recruiters are required to take this training. In addition, I learned the different terms such as regulations, rules, statutes, Title IV, institution, Fair Consumer Practices, Florida Administrative Code, Enrollment agreement, commission, agent and accreditation.
