I plan on being more prepared for the needs of the students and offering more support. Learning what the individual needs are instead of what the class is expected.

In my experience so far with this material, is the gap between traditional and non-traditional students. I see now the chance to let non-traditional students relay the past experiences in the class so the younger students can lean from them also, not just the instructor.
