Everyone is a customer in one way shape or form. Students are paying for an education that makes them a customer. Customer service is essential to not only the customer but also to company. 

Model, Mentor, & Monitor tells us that our students rely on our guidance to help them to be successful. The saying it takes a village can be applied in any situation if we work together. Students depend on us to guide and monitor them which will in turn allow them to model what they have learned. Using the 3 M's can help us to do this and so much more.
