The best way of teaching is by making the course and interactive course in which the students work together and I get to work with them as well.

It's important to break the ice on the first meeting by introducing yourself and have the student do the same. 

I learned to be prepared always for the course I'm teaching. 

To be a successful instructor, I must be professional and lead by example as a role model plus encouraging and supporting the students as a motivator.
