Learning from mistakes

I'm glad you are relaxing! After teaching for 23 years I still have a few times when I doubt myself! I finally realized that I can't know everything even though I wish I did, and now I know that doing my best is just that- doing my best! I have taught all ages from all over the USA and other countries, lots of veterans. I remind myself that we are all still people, and usually we are good! My students can laugh with me, and still respect me. There is a reason you are an instructor. You want to help… >>>

An instructor's best resource

I have the best group of co-workers. These fellow instructors work together, we help each other and learn from each other. They are the best resource! I have also discovered through the years, that I think I have come across every possible classroom scenario, and I still run across new situations every term. I learn a lot from my students!
