I learned that I must foster a high degree of student participation and interactivity. Find tools and explain to students so that they feel comfortable with technology and achieve the objectives and expectations that I want to teach. Always keep in mind to always review the course.

My personal opinion, not all students can study with an asynchronous method, there must be commitment, time and concentration to achieve effective learning. There is a population of students who have to study synchronously in a real-time environment in order to achieve this learning and be focused on the subject.

From this module it helped me that I must take into account the wrong selection of the appropriate tool to make a difference between the students. Awui presents us with different tools that we can incorporate at the time of giving tne class. 

Reflecting on the reading it seems to me super vital and important to share with colleagues what worked and what did not work in order to identify where we should improve or what we should implement
 New to get adequate feedback. This helps to make decisions to be able to close the loop on online courses.

I learned about Blooms taxonomy to use appraisals as the students' goals are comprehensive. 

Be dynamic, add attractive content and encourage response to that content. 

Know the needs of students to be able to create appropriate content.

I learned of how the student develops before the world of technology that is directed to studies in different specialties.

I have learned the layout of the structure in the courses, their organization, and how to develop the initiation of the courses. How impoertant is the technical support for the development of online courses.
