Teaching needs to be adaptable to the students to help with the variety of different types of learners. There is all types of students from tactile, verbal, auditory and more. Utilizing all of these tools allow everyone a chance to learn in their own way.

This modules states the importance of organization regarding teaching format. Also, being present for your students and how much that impacts their learning. 

I learned the importance of interaction with your students. Also, the importance of inviting different types of teaching into teaching and its impact.

These modules have described the importance of what it means to be an instructor. We as the instructors need to understand the responsibility of what that means. As instructors, we need to be role models for the students because we are what they are aspiring to be in the future. We need to show that by demonstrating ourselves in professional manner by proper attire, demeanor and acting accordingly to what our profession pertains.
