Staying motivated and excited about the content leads students to feel assured in their decision to select this career path, and motivated to keep learning.

Simulating "crisis" situations in a safe environment is something I had not considered. It's a great tool to develop a critical and essential skill not just for the workforce, but life in general.

Being enthusiastic and keeping an upbeat attitude encourages the same mood in students, leading them to be more receptive to learning and engaging with the material and their peers.

Knowing individual students' goals and motivations will help tailor methodologies to teach more effectively

Learning the actual numbers behind how human attention works (such as the 5-7 steps) helped me understand how crucial it is for me to be concise in how I present information.

I personally am bad with names, this gave me a few ideas on how to remember them more quickly.

The module introduced multiple approaches to teaching styles that I had not considered, which not only helped me build a stronger sense of how I should conduct myself, but also prompted me to evaluate what my strengths and weaknesses are, and how to improve my skills.
