The importance of literacy and language should be used together to get the best outcome in the culture of language.

In regards to race, it is considered an external factor. For example, because your skin color is brown or black may not mean you are a negro. I am pretty aware of diverse cultures and I engage them openly and will definitely acknowledge diverse cultures in my teaching experience.

I have learned the importance of not stereotyping, especially based on assumptions of others and your own personal experiences. Recognizing the importance of the individual is an important part of their learning process being achieved.
