Understanding all the roles and responsibilities within the institution will be important to provide high quality care to our students.  Be curious to ask questions of other departments and leaders to learn more about how their roles collaborate with yours.  

It's important to come prepared for the interview with information and knowledge of the college and program.

The Admissions Staff Training Program is important to comprehend key definitions and terminology used within the role and when communicating with students.

If we provide our prospective students with accurate and factual information this is what is in the student's best interest to make the best decision for their future.

We must focus on speaking simply about the benefits and advantages of our college and avoid making negative or disparaging comments of our competition.  Also, it's important to know your state specific policies.

Ensuring information provide is accurate and factual.  

It's important to communicate professionally and accurately at all times.  We must follow guidelines such as DNC requests and guidelines.  Overall, we must act with integrity and transparency with prospective students at all times.
